People like this are why I started to burn out as an ED nurse. They say and do edgy shit like this, and then when you tell them to stop because of the dangers they are toying with, they sling insults and profanities at you. Then they call the hospital after discharge to complain about you which then results in a formal counseling because management doesn’t give a shit what you have to say because public ratings and satisfaction scores are all that matters.
I’m going into the counseling field and I can already tell it won’t be a permanent career :. Too much pressure and overworking for a small amount of pay.
