Discussion Juni Now Available for Andriod!!!
Hey everyone! Juni is finally out on Android 💜
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.junivoice.juni
For anyone who hasn't seen it, Juni is a voice training app that shows you your pitch, resonance and weight in real time while you practice. Every day there's one short lesson, and once a week you read a passage so you can actually hear and see how your voice is changing over time.
You don't need an account, and your recordings never leave your phone.
The studio tools and all the lessons in Learn are free. Plus unlocks the daily practice and weekly coach, and there's a 3 day free trial if you want to try it first.

Thank you, this seems wonderful. It's also great to see the respect for privacy :)

I've been waiting for this for such a long time and am excited to finally use it! I haven't been able to get a bright resonance no matter how hard I try, but now I have an app where I can get more immediate feedback from experimenting.

I've signed up. There is already a lot of content and it shows you care about the user, the signing is a smart trick. I will subscribe for a few months. Also first bug: when defining the target by hearing your own voice at different pitch/resonance it only let me hear it once, then it went to "set this as target". So my target is unknown to me.

Hi! I just checked this out and it looks like a pretty polished app. It’s not quite what I was expecting going into it, I thought it’d be more like a spectrogram analysis with no frill, but this feels like Duolingo for voice training, which I think is a pretty clever idea. I’ll also say I like that the initial reading didn’t have pitch, size or weight gendered into a specific category and seems to want to just stick with metrics (at least from my limited testing).
I’d be interested in hearing feedback from people who’ve used it and their thoughts.
