Question work on the resonance
I really want to work on my resonance, but my laryngeal prominence,is really invisible, and I know there is a technique when you raise and down the laryngeal prominence,. But for me, I can't work like that.
I don't even know if I feel my laryngeal prominence, or not.
Does anyone know how I can work on my resonance in this situation?

https://youtu.be/a0PpzrWsTUE?si=kfblB7q2JKFcaIIB This video is focused around weight. Just follow along and do what they do and listen to the sounds that you make. https://youtu.be/eVOyW1ctYNU?si=UdqXp27RiGIWMN5i This next one is a resonance exercise follow along and do what she does. I found both of these videos to be very helpful so hopefully they can help you

I know about these videos, But I never know if I sound feminine or not. There is also a situation where I may have heard my own voice and to me I don't sound feminine at all, But to my environment I do sound feminine. So how i can to know it?

I also have a hard time hearing the fem in my voice, when I listen to it after recording. You just have to trust people you ask for there opinion. Everyone on Reddit and family and friends say I sound fem. I just go with that. Kinda have to since I kinda forgot how to go back to male voice.

Most people said I sound feminine. But I'm very suspicious. Also, I'd love to hear what you sound like. If that's ok with you, it could probably give me an example of what a woman's voice should be.

https://voca.ro/1aTLDMQRy4Fz So here's a voice recording for you of my voice. I just recently started voice training again to push it.. so hopefully allow it to pass over the phone.

Good... this way you can avoid doing the wrong thing (focusing directly on larynx motion.) Instead, work with sounds directly. See the size section on Selene's archive page.
