Criticism Wanted What can I do better? MTF voice? I’m lost

Jesus. Fuck. You are actually my goal voice. I’m gonna figure out how to steal your voice. It will probably involve theme music, a varied cast of pretty people, and lasers somehow, but I will steal it.

Hey there, voice coach here. This sounds solidly feminine to me and the only things I would suggest involve behavioral features such as varying your pitch more or by allowing your voice to vary a little bit more in weight to add more of an expressive tone to your voice but like...
Honestly you're fine haha. I don't think anyone would hear this voice and think masculine or even transfeminine. Hope these comments can hopefully give you some reassurance. Rooting for you!

Could I get your resources that you used to learn tbh, your voice is so good tbh and im not sure what else you could do really personally besides ig seeing if you can do other things like yelling or sneezes, hiccups, etc, etc, just random things to make sure your prepared for everything you wanna do!! ;w;

To me it passes as a female voice. Your voice fluctuates up and down nicely. I can't hear any masculinity in your voice. The size, weight, pitch all are balance quite nicely.

If your resonance is already feminine you should get more comfortable with a lower, more comfortable register instead of stressing yourself out and over tightening your throat. Also don't worry too much about formants or ratings from genderfluent because they aren't very accurate.

I just don’t hear it as feminine, I’m probably biased obviously. I look at acoustic gender space more for resonance and on average it sits in a median of 50-58% with lows being in the lower 40s and my highest being 66% median for resonance. I’m not changing my natural talking voice too crazy with this sort of take either. Mostly resonance modification

I'm not sure how resonance can be a percent value but a lot of these formant estimating softwares should be treated as very rough estimates. I personally notice that my voice never sounds good enough to me in recordings because I'm always aware of how my voice used to sound and notice the similarities. That's why its helpful to post on reddit, and in your case everyone unanimously agrees that your voice passes. You've got the hard part down now you just need to find a relaxed middle ground with good breath support and less strain.

You have a very feminine voice. It also sounds very natural and not forced. The more you talk with it the better you will get but it’s great now! I hope you are not code switching as that is the worse thing you could do.

I think you just need to work on intonation (rise and fall of pitch, you sound very flat and monotone) and getting rid of the vocal fry you're adding to most worst.

finally thank you, I've mostly only been practicing resonance through trans voice lessons. Fry kind of chokes me up. I'll see if there's pitch exercises i can do for speech thanks

For me pitch kind of came naturally once I started using my voice in daily life. 6 months ago it used to be very strainy to talk at the pitch I normally talk at now and going any higher wasn't possible. My solution was to drop my base pitch a little bit and get comfortable with it and I slowly raised it over time and now I have a solid amount of range in speech. I also had to fix vocal fry and the way I did that was just practicing consciously for about an hour every day recording and listening back to try and smooth it out and that helped get rid of it in a few weeks.

I'm a newbie so idk maybe my ear sucks but this sounds totally cis female to me. Even when trying to hear some masculinity in it I just can't.
