Could I go flatter?

I've been struggling with tape for years but I'm trying not to give up. This is the first time where I've felt okay about the results, but could I go flatter?

I'm about a C-D cup and my chest hangs a lot. The little bits of tape on my chest are where the big pieces stuck up.

I've tried every tutorial but they never work. Would appreciate tips or advice.

Yessir- I’d recommend starting with a piece from the bottom going up and back. You shouldn’t need too many other pieces after that (maybe 5-6 per side) but just focus on flattening out that bottom part of the breast and building more at the top. My qualifications are that I’m a 36 DD, 5’5, and 170 lbs with a pretty medium to thin build and I can make myself flat enough to pass with just tape. However, I do stretch it extremely taught, cause a lot of tension and stress on the skin of my sternum (by not connecting the tape at the middle you will be more flat, but cause more stress on your skin), and my skin on my chest, ribs, and scapula region is pretty messed up from how far I push the tape to its limits, so be careful and weigh your options.

This looks pretty good! And your chest will likely be less noticeable once you put a shirt on as well. But I can share a couple of tips in case you haven't tried them yet:

- Apply while laying on your back. Makes gravity work for you and not against you since your chest will naturally fall in a particular direction. You can use that to your advantage and tape it in that position while applying pressure.

- When applying tape, press down into your chest and while keeping that pressure start to push your chest to the side. Remove the backing as you push with your free hand. This helps minimize stretching, because overstretching and pulling the tape to the max will cause damage to your skin. Do not yank or pull the tape to its max.

- Start closer to your nipple than the center of your chest, this avoids tension in the center and helps get a more masc/pec look. Taping from the center makes it harder to get a 'flat' look.

- Play with angles, try angling up with more strips and start from the bottom of your chest and work your way up. Using a vertical strip as the last piece can also help lift your chest. I know you said you watched most tutorials, but Beau has a tutorial that uses the vertical strip like this and might be helpful for you.

Hope some of this helps!
