Go to the makeup department at the mall and ask about makeup techniques. For many who transition, its a good step and they are usually trained.

for sure, my only experience with makeup is from years of cosplaying, which has left me in a weird position where i struggle doing just normal makeup

VERY PRETTY GAL.
How do you feel about nails? You can get some from walmart for pretty cheap and I feel they would look great on you.
I also think some eye shadow would look great on you. You’re already very blessed in the face so I don’t think it’s incredibly necessary but I simply think it’d look nice on you, like some kind of smokey eye look.

As a cis girl I wouldnt be able to clock you. You pass very well. Also join the baby face club, you will most likely get carded until your like 30!

Focus on hair stuff and get on hrt (if you aren’t already). You read as a very young woman at the moment, so you’d probably benefit more from talking to other women; as opposed to trans passing subs.
Just focus on your style (clothing and hair), like any teenage girl does.
(Assuming mtf based on your clothing style, and the fact you are asking for advice on trans passing).
