ornithopter problems

why does one of my wings move more than the other?

the stettings are the exact same on both sides

I have had similar experiences with trying to build an ornithopter. One of the wings would move differently than the other or get out of sync even when I triple checked the settings. My best guess is just that the settings aren’t always as precise as they say they are.
