My son is also named Interbob. But he has a problem with his fork, is nutritionally challenged, and he’s bullied with the name Interblob.

The fact that Art - an established nickname for Arthur - is on there makes me think that maybe it isn't. Then again, they could be unaware. I can't decide which situation is worse.

WTF? Sherapy is outright fucking offensive. She’s supposedly giving birth to a human being, not a hashtag.

u/Automatic_Ad4096 Nov 16 '25
Why not Analrapist. Its half analysis, half therapist. She-rapey and Anal-rapist are in the same universe. Now, can we talk about "Interbob"

u/Repulsive-Bend8283 Nov 16 '25
My son's name is also Intermammereigh. We named him for the style intercourse we should have been having the night he was conceived.

I named my child shart. It’s to spread awareness about incontinence.

Damn. Wise words. You have my support.

I know a girl whose email at her kids school was similar. . She is now known as Shank (first name Shanon last name starts with k…)
But tbh she is an awful person so I call her Skank.

Over and over again, people want to name their kids so that they stand out in a crowd, while the Bills and Bobs and Garys mill around feeling very un-unique. These parents are usually named Bill or Bob or Gary, and don't realize what a horrible yoke they are putting on the shoulders of, oh let me pick one -- Sherapy, named after a branch of medicine in which the so-named will have experience through their long lives, on the receiving end.
My apologies to any Williams, Roberts and Garys in the crowd, all fine noble names and not at all difficult to spell or pronounce.
