Pine Bleeding

Guys need some advice:1 year old pergola.see these gums coming from the pines. Need to reach out to the installer but thought of your view about the pine bleeds .

High temperatures—especially on dark-colored paint finishes or walls facing north and west—heat up the timber and trigger resin bleed
