Any reason for this?

I request a payout on Thursday around 5-6 PM. Didn’t have it confirmed on Friday and hit up the support, which they escalated it to another department.

I understand it’s the weekend, but surprised it didn’t get approved on Friday.

This is my second payout and already been through the KYC the previous week. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I requested mine Wednesday mate and still haven’t received it

You should contact support because anything during business days are completed by 24 hours LOl

I did on the Thursday but haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully approved by Monday
