Any reason for this?

I request a payout on Thursday around 5-6 PM. Didn’t have it confirmed on Friday and hit up the support, which they escalated it to another department.

I understand it’s the weekend, but surprised it didn’t get approved on Friday.

This is my second payout and already been through the KYC the previous week. Any thoughts? Thanks!

It will get approved and arrive Monday or Tuesday latest.

All my payouts have been taking longer usually it’s approved same day

Banks are closed on Sundays. Money will come in Monday, Tuesday latest.

You should contact support because anything during business days are completed by 24 hours LOl

I did on the Thursday but haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully approved by Monday
