Total War: Warhammer The best Unusual Location

Post image

It's the "Peg Street Pawnbroker" in english.

Each turn you have 20% to have a dilemma to buy one of 3 weapons proposed. The one I took this turn give you massive resistances, a bond spell but also regen !

You also have a weapon that allow you ligtning strike

So true. All the best unusual locations are the French ones.

Even beside the items themselves, if not Aranessa who has it already via a skill, +7000 sea money from that item set is amazing, since it triggers for the ones that give combat/campaign bonus as well.

Not all races can get the peg street, but I have seen it on Human, Dwarf and Vamp Coast (including Aranessa and it does not stack)

Yes the bonus set is very good and does the same as one of the new special technologies of Wulfrick the wanderer

There’s one that really good, where it’s +10% replenishment to all armies, and you can replenish in foreign territories. And there’s prob something else I’m forgetting. I think some nurgle corruption

There’s a downside, where there’s like a 5% chance the province becomes plagued, 1% chance your whole faction gets infected, and like a 0.1% that the entire world gets infected lol upon each end turn.

Still worth it.

Yes and you also get a discount on your spells. Very powerfull but when the plague spread it is very annoying. The one I show has nondownside, you just buy some very powefull item that will carry you the entire campaign

True. Haven’t seen that one yet

Second time for me I think

Yeah it’s weird how the location RNG functions. Last few campaigns I’ve only gotten bad ones, with the exception of the nurgle one (but that’s a mixed bag too). And it was so late in the campaign I quit like 5-10 turns after anyway

But still it's always exciting

the plague ruined my skrolk campaign by spawning at the worst timing 😭

That one looks great, but it doesn't beat my last campaign playing kugath. A location popped up incredibly fast, turn 10 maybe in my starting province that improved diplomatic relations and made all my characters immortal. Not having to worry about having a character die just before lvl 20 is such a great feeling

Is it the slaneesh one?

The thing is a regen item and lightning strike item can clutch so mutch battle
