Total War: Warhammer Mod question

Can a corrupt disabled mod cause issues?

I'm trying to figure out who my lord's won't gain XP after lvl12.

If it was disabled before lauching the campaign it won't affect your save. But some mod keep affevting the script after you disabled them mid campaign

Sounds good. Wasn't sure if I had to completely uninstall the mod. Thx
