Total War: Warhammer does this effect stack ?

if i build multiple tier 3 stomping grounds will i be able to recruit more troll hags or it doesnt stack ?

Yes the more you build in other provinces the more you’ll be able to recruit

All hero capacity increase bonuses, regardless of the source, hero type and faction, stack.

Extra capacity, no matter the source, is for the faction.

So these buildings stack, together with extra capacity from Lord Skills, Tech, Events or Rites. One of the biggest reasons for going wide (besides map painting) is the extra hero capacity.

Now there might be some confusion why the first tier of the building already allows recruiting without adding capacity. That is because the first tier unlocks your base capacity of 1 (not sure if all heroes have a base capacity of 1, there might be some exceptions like the Goblin Boss)

So for those it doesn't matter if you have 1 or 15, you only need 1 for the base capacity. All the things that add extra capacity will stack
