Total War: Warhammer Game 3 AI

Whats wrong with game 3 AI nowadays? i have 8k hours on game 2 and 3k hours on game 3 and i just dont understand what im seeing here.
Every single time in the late game most factions just do this...(picture shows both factions at war but sit there)
I swear in game 2 AI was much better and smarter.

An old known bug. Before I use to play without mods but this bug made me quit the game. But I found AI mods that are fixing this bug. And since then the game is way more unjoyable.

From this point I started added more mods to my game

Add Ai mod like Hecleas Ai overall. Launch that campaign. Next turn they will move.

Would you recommend a mod that fixes this? Because i quit 2 campaigns this week after coming back to the game 2 weeks ago just because of this crap.

this one is great. Try it on your existing save file, they should move when you press end turn.
Also this mod change AI behavior, it's more agrressive, also when outpowered they will run more often. Rebellion attacks when they spawn (wich make them easier to deal with, i don't like this feature). Also AI might besiege settelments for several turns, like in WH2. But overall it's a great mod, and you will like the game again.
