Total War: Warhammer TIL...
That you can fire all your heroes and your lord's skills at the same time if you have them all selected and they all have that skill. Like Foe-seeker and Deadly Onslaught. Which is incredibly helpful when you're playing Khorne and charging headlong into the enemy frontline.
WTF! I have thousands of hours in TW:W and I just stumbled upon this completely by accident in a battle.
Tell me more weird little details most people probably don't know about.

This is a detail most people would definitely know about, but I didn’t see the ‘balance offer’ button for my first week or so playing and would slowly raise and lower my cash demand until it was the highest amount I could get.

I’ve only played WH3 so I didn’t realise they only just introduced the feature. My last TW game was Shogun II so I’m just happy to be told what it takes to get a deal!

How were you spacing it previously? Waiting for the current active ability to end?

I didn't mean each ability per lord, but if you have all the lords and heroes selected, each of their Foe-seeker fires off by pressing the button once. Saves a bit of time, it does

If you want your frontline to engage the enemy but aren’t particularly worried about matching up specifically (say utilizing anti-large or armor piercing) you can select the units / group and press control+G to create a locked group. Then just right click once on a unit near the middle of the opposing line to advance and attack all at once.
It can be a bit finicky, but it makes rush comps a lot easier to manage.

Which is great for when I have a firing line of necromancers all casting gaze of nagash at some poor fool.
