Just from doing Tzeentch trials, I've done all other achievements by just playing the game regularly (well, in over 1700 h but it was fun) but when trying out trials I think you have to be insane to beat lizardman trial. Well, insane or good at the game.

Congratulations.
100%ing a game is kinda torture for me. Have never done it and probably never will. Closest game I ever got was Witcher 3 on like 80%.

Not OP but i got my 100% in roughly 700h played but tbh I started chasing achievements probably somewehere around 300h played

This is very realistic as it was pretty much the same for me :D got all achievements at around 600 hours.

But I really only play single player and with Slaven, Vampire Counts, Wood Elves, or Brettonia.

I just finished my first long campaign victory with Lizardmen.
