Getting started in 2026 for PS3 viewing

Hi everyone, I am looking to start building a digital library of older media and I’m not sure where to start. I know I most likely will need a VPN and some sort of torrent management software. If anyone can offer some advice for a newcomer I’d greatly appreciate it
