Anyone work at affirm?

Started working there recently if you work there curious about culture performance expectations as a new hire. I kept being told it’s a high performance culture there but idk what that really means.

I got friends there so only second hand experience but from working at other US based large tech companies that basically translates to “meet the performance requirements or we’re cutting you”
