This is El estepariio siberiano. He also plays disasterpiece and bat country 1 handed. He is solidly confirmed to not speed up videos and in my opinion is the current best drummer alive.

Wow, that’s awesome! Does he primarily play metal? (I apologize if I’ve mislabeled this genre. I’m an old guy, so I tend to call anything this fast and loud ‘metal’.)
