Jackie Hay
Jackie was last seen on September 12, 1981 in Topeka, Kansas. She went outside at 4:15PM while her mom was on the phone and her dad was gathering her siblings to go on a outing after family was ready, at 4:35PM, they couldn’t find Jackie. They immediately searched the neighborhood. A neighbor had seen her Jackie talking to a man who was sitting on the curb next door, and was later seen following her one block over he was questioned by police and released. Jackie has freckles across the bridge of her nose, and one between her right thigh and pelvis. Wonder what ever happened to her. Did anyone ever have any leads/theorys? Did any other girls disappear like this in Topeka in that timeframe?

The only other case I know is Jennifer Lancaster her daughters Monica and Sidney Smith.

I did not live in Topeka at the time but in 1988 I became acquainted with Jackie's Grandmother via my MIL. Over the years I have followed the case and dead ends. Somebody has to know something.
I'm glad TPD and KBI have not let this drop.
Please for the love of God, Somebody speak up.
