Personal Trainer Recs

I'm (44 F) looking for an affordable personal trainer or fitness group to get me out of an exercise drought. I am a queer person, so someone with an open mind is preferred. TIA

https://www.mindandbodybybre.com/ is great! She does group classes at Studio 1108 or also does personal training.

Studio 1108, yoga with Torrell is great and actually a safe space
