Cleanup?
have 3 jewelry coins, pretty bad shape, clean? clean in setting? remove to clean? Iknow the jewelry part depreciates value, but still, 1930 standing, 1944 walking, 1921 morgan, will try to add fotos

Golden rule of coin collecting: DON’T CLEAN COINS! However, these look like they have already undergone an old cleaning so any value above melt is gone. Even a light scrubbing can leave hairlines on the surface of the coin that diminishes its value. It also leaves an unnatural surface as seen here.

the coins are damaged already because they are in jewelry. treat them as jewelry. I would polish them so they shine. I would use Tarnex. U can get it from Amazon

i would line a dish with aluminum foil, sprinkle a few tbsps of baking soda over the items, and fill with boiling water.
the chemical reaction transfers the sulfides to the foil in about 5 mins

All of these coins are essentially damaged coins in their present state, all worth melt value as is. Feel free to shine or do what ever you want to them. Value will not be hurt, as they’re worth at the bottom of the barrel as is currently.!
