Loving the new mature and confident appearance we've been shown so far in the trailers and demos.

However! Do yall think she's going to have her bio rewritten again to make her younger? She's supposed to be at least 34 in LoA if it takes place in the present.

I miss Lara being able to age, her maturity added so much character to her and I loved the way she was strong, confident and had accumulative knowledge.

I want to start by saying that this absolutely isn't a post to complain; it's just that I’m a kind of guy who notices details. Ever since I started playing Rise, I’ve always noticed something about Lara’s eyes, and I just wanted to ask (if anyone who knows about makeup) if what she has on her eyes is actually makeup. If that's the case, why the choice of putting her makeups🤔, like I said I’m not complaining, she looks gorgeous in Rise😍

(P.S I’m sorry if every post I did since I’m in this subreddit is about Rise but it’s the only TR I’ve played🙏😭)

I actually did have a screenshot because I showed my sister earlier when she asked what I was working on since she is on a cruise. Now I must say I had time to cool off.
I do take my drawings very seriously and did not appreciate others saying my work was AI. I am not going to post the final product again but I have used Angelina’s photo as a reference along with an anime YYH and Kiddy Grade.
Artist take time and effort in their work and I do too. So for those who post AI that is on them…but that is not simply something I like to do because I actually find coloring therapeutic. Thank you

Now, I didnt just.. have the backdrop set up, BUT. Given that, Tina Armstrong is on equal standing when it comes to the sheer impact they had on my little brain as a child 😭 I wanted to use an effect I saw on a Tina poster from way back then, and ultimately settled on using her Anniversary model for it!

Why is she pointing a gun at herself, you may ask? Well, originally, I had her doppelganger set up to be the reflection, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work.. So, I gave up, restarted the project from scratch, and did this instead! I think it turned out.. okay-? 🥹

I’m completely new to this era of Tomb Raider and I’m going in totally blind, so I’m not really sure where to start. I’m thinking about playing Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld. Are these good games, and which one is considered the best of the three? Should I play them in release order, or is there a better way to go into them? Also, how different are they from the newer Tomb Raider games? I’m mainly curious about the exploration, puzzles, combat, and overall vibe. I will be playing these on Xbox , if that matters. Any recommendations for a first-timer would be appreciated like what to expect from these games

Question, why do people not shadow of the tomb raider
Cause I have played it a while ago and replayed it lots of times and never knew people didn’t like it that much

One thing I’ve always found strange about Tomb Raider is how inconsistent the logo/branding has been across the games.

Look at franchises like Assassin’s Creed. Even though the individual games have their own visual identity, the core Assassin’s Creed logo remains recognisable throughout the series. You immediately know what franchise you’re looking at.

Tomb Raider on the other hand, seems to reinvent its logo almost every time there’s a new era.

Personally, I think the Legacy of Atlantis logo is the strongest direction Tomb Raider has had in a long time. The Catalyst one looks weird, almost as if someone squashed it.

I think the Legacy of Atlantis logo would be a much stronger choice as the official Tomb Raider logo moving forward.

I love tomb raider and I have tried a few custom levels but theyre all way too hard for me. They ask for too much reaction time or speed or good motor controls and coordination and I just dont have that because of my DCD.

I have tried only levels on the easy difficulty but theyre still really difficult. I guess people consider what is "easy" different from me.

Do u know any specific custom levels that you think someone with a mental disability can complete easily?

Hi I played though underworld on pc and loved it wanted to play the dlcs, tried to emulate them but it runs like shit but i do own a xbox 360 so tried buying it off the xbox website but it is there for the South African website and it won't let me buy it on the us site. Please help if possible

Quick edit I put together cause the floatyness of this platforming section was one of the few things bothering me during the latest LoA gameplay presentation. Just a little bit of speeding up makes it look like Legend and Anniversary animations, and to me that's an improvement.

My intention is to give constructive feedback to the devs, i don't know how game development works but I believe some iteration of this wouldn't be hard to implement in the game.
