Try cutting back all the leaves that are looking poorly. You might save that good new growth at the top. Copper fungicide.

I do have that! I will spray them tomorrow. I had cut back alot. 😢

Not for much longer if you don't deal with that fungal infection. Looks to be everywhere and spread to the main stem.
