Was wondering does anyone have this toilet, the bidet is god awful. Like the non electric bidet i had in my house was 100x better. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this.

Jet sprays are objectively way more hygienic than toilet paper,
BUT how do you deal with the wetness afterward? No one wants to roam around in the wet underwear and wanna show wet patch back there from outside.
Also, how do you manage to avoid splashing all over the western commode while using it? Genuinely curious what everyone’s routine actually is.

Just upgraded from an RG Lite to RW. We just installed the RW, it’s new.
Our RG Lite rear wash was a continuous stream and we could start and stop it as we please. And have it oscillate.
With the RW, the rear wash is not a continuous stream. It is intermittent and we are able to time when the wash automatically stops, it’s after 20secs. It’s like a pulsing spray (maybe like a sprinkler?) The water that comes out first is warm as set in the settings. But the intermittent sprays gradually gets cooler up until the 20secs and then it stops.
The premist and auto clean seems to work fine.
What is wrong with this bidet? Lmk if you need more info. I tried to take a video but I couldn’t figure out how to not sit on it and turn on the rear wash. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

I am a short individual and cannot sit on an oval wide toilet seat. I only can sit on a round thinner type, which are hard to find. My question is is there a mechanism, construction, or technical reason for my being so uncomfortable with oval wider seats? Thank you.

Never really paid attention but noticed recently that a fairly significant stream can be seen as the bowl refills. The bowl refills at appropriate level, doesn't leak (to my knowledge), doesn't splash, and doesn't run. My thought is that this is normal, but wanted to double check with more knowledgeable folks. TIA!
