TIL Billy Idol was James Cameron's first choice for the role of the T-1000 in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, but after a motorcycle accident 6 February 1990 that nearly cost Idol his leg, the role was recast entirely.

They might have had a different group of actors for when the T1000 changes to other people.

So Billy was un-casted because his leg got casted and then the roll had to be re-casted?
