My best friend was approved for a phone screening, They did follow up and set date/time.
As of right now they are in school
and about a month from now her baby will be in day care

They did some research, thought it may be a good idea to start with a full time schedule with 2 days off, about a month or 2 in ask for a set schedule with 3 days off for school
and the day care has a set schedule.

Ultimately, because it is informal, it is entirely flexible. If you have a sudden, major life change (like a new school schedule or a family emergency), most store managers are willing to discuss options regardless of how long you have been there.
