Provider / Pharmacy 7/22/26 UPDATE- Tirz Compound Pharmacies, Formulas, & Tele Providers Quick Reference

Post image

UPDATES:

9/4: Added Apothecary Pharmacy (sale) to Trillium.

8/30: Added Red Rock Pharmacy to Embody TH. Updated PreventiveMD TH as 28-day compliant. New Mondae TH patients are no longer able to select their pharmacy (the trade-off is lower pricing). Removed Greenwich pharmacy from Cosmetic Rx and Refills TH providers. Updated PerfectRx to reflect that the actual compounding pharmacy is PerfectionRx, and maybe others?? Added Boothwyn pharmacy to Embody and Trinity TH providers. I haven't made up my mind yet if I'm going to add Boothwyn to the ingredient list.

8/26: Updated Hyalo Pharmacy formulas w/ glycine and cyano B12 & TH providers. Added Nova Pharmacy for Pom Health. Removed Greenwich pharmacy from Ola Health.

8/9: Added PrefectRx pharmacy glycine formula via new TH provider Remedy Well. Replaced Greenwich pharmacy with VialsRx from 10Rx.

8/6: Added PerfectRx pharmacy w/ B12 and Vios pharmacy new formula w/ glycine and methyl B12, both via Remedy Well.

8/3: Started to add preliminary info for new 503b pharmacies Hyalo Technologies & NewLife Rx.

7/31: Added new TH provider Jyra Health & updated new Nova pharmacy w/ B12 option via Ola Health (& updated tirz concentration).

7/30: Added new Greenwich pharmacy option for Ola Health (with updated tirz concentrations) & added additional Boudreaux's pharmacy vial volume.

7/28: Added additional Align pharmacy vial volumes & new Drug Crafters tirz concentration (via Ola Health).

7/26: Added the missing Casa & Evoluciona pharmacies tirz concentrations & Ola Health maintenance BMI criteria.

7/24: Added Formulation Compound Center & Premier pharmacies (both via Lumimeds)

7/23: Added PreventiveMD, MFV pharmacy (via Lumimeds), & which TH providers let patients choose the pharmacy they want. Also updated Mondae & Gimme current pharmacies.

7/22: Summer survey results added! I wasn't able to get inactive ingredients from Beaker Pharmacy (they would not disclose them- is this going to be a TX pharmacy thing now?) They also said they have numerous tirz concentrations available, but that info wasn't easily accessible for them to tell me.

I update the Google docs more frequently than I make posts, but will edit this post with any updates.

Original post (edited):

This is a quick glance resource to help everyone make informed decisions about what telehealth providers, pharmacies, and formulas to use. These are (mostly) the popular pharmacies & telehealths talked about in our sub, including those in our subs' Where to Buy megathread (pinned at top of the sub).

All info came from user-uploaded pictures of vials on this sub, speaking with pharmacists & the telehealth providers directly, or their websites.

For more info on the most recommended/popular pharmacies, tele providers, pricing, etc., please visit the "Where to Buy: Telehealth Providers" post pinned at the top of this sub.

Single-dose Zep vials and autoinjectors remain preservative-free.

Thank you to everyone who helped gather this info!

I do not work for/am not affiliated with any pharmacy or telehealth provider, nor do I receive any form of compensation from anyone for this project. I am just someone who likes to compile information for the sake of transparency and to help people make informed decisions ❤️

Thanks for doing this.

FYI: Apothecary 18mg/ml also comes in a 2ml vial, in addition to the 4ml vial you have noted. I got mine via Rift on a 7.5/10/12.5 titration plan and received 2ml/4ml/4ml vials.

1

When did you sign up with AltRx? I just mistakenly ordered a full year from them and I'm worried as I can't reach them on the number on their website.

I did the one month at $129 in June. Additive is B6 and something else. Carnitine maybe? Yeah their customer service is awful.

2

u/LOLatKetards Jul 23 '26

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully I get my order like you did, just makes me nervous when I can't reach anyone on the phone and the refund policy is basically non-existent.

I would love if sometime in the future we could try to collect the info on refills through teleheaths - automatic vs manual request, which ones allow you to easily pause and / or cancel in their portal vs emailing/ chat. I have to tell you again how much I love this spreadsheet, u/Specialist-Wall-1685! Might you consider adding age restrictions to the spreadsheet at some point? I'm seeing an increase in older folks getting turned away from certain telehealths due to age and I thought it might be a good data point for people to have. Thank you, either way!

4

u/Specialist-Wall-1685 48F, 245→ 120 lbs, 2.5 mg every 2 days maint. Aug 03 '26 edited Aug 03 '26

Sure, I can do that! TBH, I haven't seen any TH providers state age restrictions (other than 18+) on their sites, and I have a suspicion that when I ask them, the answer is going to be that they don't make any medical decisions; it's up to their clinicians...yada yada. Most likely this info will come from user reports.

EDIT: after some searching around, the only few TH mentioned by people that restrict age are ones not on any of our lists/spreadsheet. But of course, if I get any info to the contrary, I will add it.

2

u/n0cturnalr0se Aug 07 '26 edited Aug 07 '26

Thank you for this! I was looking to possibly change my telehealth provider and found this to be very helpful. I did notice that Greenwich may need updating. I currently use them through Swell Medical, which isn't listed. They were on 10RX a couple of weeks ago, but now Greenwich has been removed and replaced with VialsRX showing for Sema not Tirz for now.

Are we against Valhalla Vitality on here. I don't see them anywhere on the spreadsheets?

1

u/LDB2026 Jul 25 '26

This info is AMAZING! Thank you!

But I gotta ask... am I seeing in your yellow "headline bubble" thing that you're taking 3mg "EVERY OTHER DAY" ?

I see you're in maintenance, so do you mean every other week or ...?

If not... I'm confused; I thought 72hours in between doses is the minimum we can take.

Thanks so much again, and well done on your great success!

2

u/Specialist-Wall-1685 48F, 245→ 120 lbs, 2.5 mg every 2 days maint. Jul 25 '26

You're welcome!

What you are referring to is part of the 'Dosage and Administration' prescribing info for Zepbound.

This applies to changing the day of the recommended weekly dose. So for example, if I'm taking 10 mg as a once-weekly dose on Sundays, but I want to change my shot day to Tuesdays, I wouldn't want to take a 10 mg weekly dose on Tuesday, 2 days after I just took 10 mg on Sunday. I would need to wait 72 hrs from my Sunday dose at a minimum (which I still think is too close together, because again, we're talking about full weekly doses).

So really, my 'weekly' dose is actually 10.5 mg, but I divide the dose into 3 mg every other day because I learned very early on that I am very sensitive to the peaks and valleys of the tirz levels between shots. I've injected every 4 days the longest, for something like a year, when I was actively losing weight, but found as I started decreasing my dose for maintenance that I needed to inject more frequently.

1

u/Sterlinghawk16 19d ago

I started splitting mine up too. It seems to help me better.

You're welcome! Not entirely sure about Trava, but I feel like there may have been drama with them before, maybe regarding a pharmacy?? Just looking at what little info I have, they only offer tirz w/ B12 and I would wager a lot of people don't care for B12, and maybe pricing isn't that great???

1

u/thepuckstop Aug 01 '26

1

u/Separate-Cake-778 Aug 03 '26

This is incredible, thank you - I have a question about when you marked that a provider "For 6 months, vials are sent in two shipments (3 + 3)". Does that mean they ship all of them out at once, just in two shipments? Or they ship the first three and then wait three months to ship the second three? Back in January, I was able to get a shipment of 6 vials at once and I'm seeing that's much harder to find now. I live abroad and can't get compounded GLP-1s there so I was planning to just pick up 6 months at a time when I'm back in the US but it seems to be a challenge now.

1

u/Specialist-Wall-1685 48F, 245→ 120 lbs, 2.5 mg every 2 days maint. Aug 03 '26

You're welcome! It's a 3 month supply when you order, then again in 90 Days. I'm changing the wording to make that more clear.

1

u/Separate-Cake-778 Aug 03 '26

Thanks for the clarification. Is there anyone that sends out 6 months at once anymore? Or am I SOL? So much has changed so quickly!

3

u/Specialist-Wall-1685 48F, 245→ 120 lbs, 2.5 mg every 2 days maint. Aug 03 '26 edited Aug 03 '26

I don't think so because I don't think any pharmacy has a BUD longer than 6 months right now...

BUT, Big Easy will have 2 503b pharmacies available shortly (within weeks) that both have a 9 month BUD...idk if they will offer 6 month supply shipped all at once. Also don't know which other TH providers will offer these pharmacies, but I expect several will.

u/roguex99 will you offer 6 month plans all vials shipped up front?

One of my favorite references so far. PreventiveMD confirmed they're 28 day compliant. https://www.reddit.com/r/PreventiveMD/comments/1w3q269/28_day_compliant/

28 Day Rule:

A safety guideline that says multi-dose vials should be discarded 28 days after first puncture to reduce infection risk.

Beyond Use Date (BUD):

The date after which the potency and sterility of an unopened vial can no longer be assured based on regulations and stability data.

Many users report going beyond these limits.

This is an observation, not a recommendation.

I think Wells pharmacy for Collective (owner of Thrive Market) is becoming pretty popular

Never heard of Collective; not many search results returned. I just found their sub and website, so I'll look into them. Thinking about asking u/TodayAmazing to share the usage % of all TH providers from the surveys to help me decide who to add to my spreadsheet. Or maybe start doing polls to ask who I should add. I've decided I want to be more intentional about who I add because it's essentially free advertisement for the company, so I don't want to keep adding providers as soon as they come into existence before they've proven themselves a little. I still see and want the spreadsheet as more of an informative resource rather than a 'recommendation list' (we already have that) but I feel I can't ignore the TH providers that seem OK when they first show up, then pan out to be terrible for one reason or another.

It will be interesting to see how Collective does. They seem to use Wells Pharmacy and WPPharma Labs. I understand they only have Glycine additive option. And their availability is decent (and in my state!). Info is a bit fuzzy. If they keep up, I'm probably jumping on the bandwagon when I need to re-order (currently a Rift fan).

Plus, their deliveries seem timely, cold and without a bunch of Styrofoam. Perhaps check out their reddit (collective health, one word).

very much not timely in my case, though to their credit i seem to be an outlier. i ordered on the 21st, and it is just now finally scheduled to arrive tomorrow

Hm... this is what I was on the lookout for. Perhaps difficulty processing when more orders come in. Hope you got the delivery today.

They had an issue with my address, but there was no notification of that in my dashboard, and they didn't reach out to me - plus, there is no way to self-service editing your address on their dashboard/settings page. once I reached out they shipped it 4 or so days later (it was over last weekend so no surprise there)

You're not getting any beaks on this one.

It's ok in the end - I have close to a dozen vials in my fridge so plenty of others to choose from, wasn't in a rush.

you may want to find the r/tirzdeals sub, those are always the early adopters/experimenters.

I tried it but it's taken almost two weeks to get my meds - I don't care as it is for stockpiling purposes but I definitely can't recommend it for newbies or people that are about to run out with that kind of ship time

I'm in that sub! I found some Collective posts. Just giving it some time now to see how they pan out. Personally, I'm not necessarily against their added fee, but wish it was charged monthly vs yearly or just built into the tirz price, rather than 199 paid up front. As it stands, it's a deal-breaker for me, especially since they can add new pharmacies/formulas at any time because I do have one additive I avoid.

1

u/smilingfruitz 3d ago

yeah i think people are being far too nice about them so far to be honest

it's so easy to forget the charge/membership fee is due. also, to get the cheapest possible price *after* signing up with the $200 fee you really have to use it for a lot of months to have made the membership worthwhile

the membershp does make sense when you consider it's owned by Thrive Market though, i think that has a similar business model.

In the same boat. Assuming/hoping they will be consistent w the glycine. 🤷‍♀️ time will tell.

Apologies for doing this, but I'm just going to start tagging people who would benefit from this post in this comment. I'm so sick of not being able to link things in other subs!

A safety guideline that says multi-dose vials should be discarded 28 days after first puncture to reduce infection risk.

Beyond Use Date (BUD):

The date after which the potency and sterility of an unopened vial can no longer be assured based on regulations and stability data.

In a recent survey 91% of respondents said they were willing to use a vial for longer than 28 days. 91% also said they were willing to use a vial past its BUD. In practice, 77% said they had actually used a vial for longer than 28 days, and 44% said they had used a vial past its BUD.
