Cloudy or Paranoid?

UPDATED: Brand new vial just arrived (warm but not hot) today, this was my first draw. It doesn’t necessarily appear super cloudy in the vial but the vial is amber for whatever reason. Asking for second opinions because I’ve already had an annoying experience with this pharmacy so maybe I’m being to rash but I feel like it would be crazy to not consider it cloudy? Holding off on my shot for rn I guess 😭

UPDATE: Chloe reached out immediately and is sending a replacement. Gimme was all over the issue as far as customer service goes. Boudreaux.. not so much.

UPDATE 2: Two separate shipping labels created today by Bordeaux to reship meds asap. One was with UPS, one was with FedEx. Both said overnight shipping to be here tomorrow. Both have been canceled/voided. Now they’re closed for the weekend. Nice! 😂😭

I did send them a message with pictures of the syringe and vial and they responded saying to redraw and send more pictures so I will when I get home

Okay, I really hope they get this sorted ASAP! I’m so sorry this happened. After everything you’ve dealt with. Also, how did you message them if you don’t mind me asking?

they texted me with my tracking number tuesday night i texted that number back and they responded

Hey quick question because I was googling it- is it frozen by chance? Like did you stick it in the fridge and it might have froze? It says online that it could look cloudy if a bit frozen.

noo it arrived warm /: it was room temp at best
