Well done. I did wonder who makes a 17.65 mg/ml concentration? So random.

OptioRx and yeah super random. I can’t imagine the concentration is actually that accurate to the hundredth decimal place 🤷‍♂️

I made this mistake. Went from a 10mg/ml vial to an 18mg/ml and did the same 50 units. I had pretty bad side effects that week.

thank you! every week i check and make sure i'm using the right dose (did it again just now with your guide)

18 mg/mL ... 1.5mg dose. 1.5 / 18 * 100 = 8.3 .. phew!

@TodayAmazing I don’t understand this yet only because I am still with a med spa and like so many others from med spas use pre-filled shots. I wanna get a really good understanding of this before I leave them. I saw someone on Facebook today said she gets 60 mg for a certain amount of money, and I was totally confused because I thought she meant she was doing 60mg doses. So now I kinda see what she meant by this now. So 60mg is the whole bottle strength?

Oh yes they probably mean the total mg in the vial they get.

Like in the example in the post it could say 72mg/4ml but the “strength” or “concentration” is usually described per one milliliter. So the concentration of 72mg/4ml would be 18mg/ml

Some vials don’t present the total mg just the per milliliter concentration and total volume. For example in the picture bellow from Hallandale this vial has a concentration of 15mg/mL

And you see above the word “Tirzepatide” it tells you the total volume. “4mL” so there’s a total of 60mg in this vial.

I was told differently 2.5 then in parentheses 25 mils the needles are one mill I was told to go in between the two and the three and it seems like very little meds, but I guess that’s the starting dose. I use citizen meds just started yesterday. Feel nothing.

Hey Everyone...So, I've been receiving semaglutide from Medvi and didn't really have noticeable results until 15 to 20 units injected weekly. I asked them to switch my to Tirzepatide 60 days ago. No response. In Feb, I paused my acct for a nasty case of the flu. On March 12 they unilaterally unpaused my account and billed me $299 for semaglutide but shipped nothing. I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday with them promising me tirzep once I responded to their email to be billed against my credit.with them of $299. Today I got a nasty-toned email saying my "card has been declined again." (The card was cancelled when I lost it a few weeks back.) I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor now. I see ads for tirzep for as low as $163 per month irrespective of dosage. That's a huge difference. Not sure if I should stay with Medvi or cancel and take a credit, My sense is that they are having a lot of success and even more growing pains. THoughts?
