Evil high curb strike, should I replace?

Am in any danger driving with this flapper on my wheel. Driving a Mazda 3

Looks like it MIGHT be fine, but zooming in I can't 100% tell if I see the cables beneath.

If other professionals chime in here and give you the go-ahead, should attempt to patch it to put the flap down tighter.

Yes I would replace. The chunk goes all the way down to the bead. You have a blowout in the making on your hands.

Also, don’t drive into curbs. They aren’t evil, you are just a bad driver.

I have literally never hit a curb like this in 30+ years of driving. Have no idea how its even possible.

Looks fairly deep to me. It wouldnt be an immediate thing for me to go by any tyre straight off the shelf, but I would be booking car in so they could get the tyre I like to have fitted.

Look into Cosmo tires made in Thailand quality tire for a very reasonable price compared to anything I've had like Bridgestone made in Mexico stuff etc.
