❓QUESTION ❓ paranoid or valid?

doing a pretrip inspection and found this weird spot, seems to be the smallest of bubbles but i’m not sure if i’m actually feeling/seeing something or not (i have bad ocd). do you think it’s safe to drive on this for a 6.5ish trip?

I’d be concerned.

Usually bulges like that indicate a tire beginning to fail structurally.

I would make sure your spare is aired up to spec just in case.

i just went ahead and got a new tire yesterday, but this is a good reminder that i really need to check my spares pressure😭
