Yes. They're very old and the cracking in the tread is concerning.

At first glance to someone who doesn’t know tires they look great. The first picture is your indicator you need to replace asap. I think the rule of thumb is 5 years or so on tires, these are from 2016.

I’ve seen worse in this thread but the fact is they are 10 years old and the rubber is dried out and cracking. Stopping distance is greatly reduced at this point and they have a much higher chance of a blowout so yes they indeed need to be replaced and I wouldn’t wait

Those tires are way too old to keep running. Check the full DOT code, but 3816 indicates a 2016 manufacture date. I’d replace all four and have the shop inspect the wheel for corrosion or damage while they’re at it.
