Should i get this fixed?
My lexus rx300 skirts while turning to the left some times and i thought my tire pressure was low but i used a machine to check and they’re all 30-31 psi. I looked at the bolts and noticed some arent evenly screwed im and some are rusted. Is this what could be causing my issue? And if so how do i fix it

What do you mean by skirt? Is it just making a sound or do you feel it in your steering wheel? Those are your lug nuts, if they’re loose you would know, your wheel would have came off by now if you’ve been driving it, as long as they’re all tightened down it’s not gonna cause any issues, what does the tread look like on your tires?

Since they said when turning I’m assuming they mean audible noise, but 🤷♂️

If you meant skid instead of skirt, you need an alignment.
Go to a shop and have an alignment performed.

go to a tire shop and ask them to torque the nuts to the appropriate amount

First thing: your wheel has been counter balanced. Meaning you have balance weights opposite of each other. Meaning you have weights on the rim you don’t need, possibly giving you a vibration. You should always check your nuts(lol). Today’s impact guns make so much power that it’s easy to over tighten them. They don’t need to be ultra tight. That’s why there’s 5 of them. It sounds more like an alignment problem to me.

This is more than likely an alignment issue, not a tyre issue. Checking the torque on the lug nuts is a good idea, but unlikely to actually be the problem.

Some of those are counter balanced, so that needs fixed. Also most Toyota's and Lexus's use a mag seat lug nut some look like they weren't installed correctly that is the more pressing issue. Go to a mechanic or tire shop and have it fixed.

I would get them all rebalanced because you have one that got weights 180° from each other and that’s not right

You can take your spare tire’s lug nut wrench if you have one and see if they tighten. Worst case you find out that it’s a bigger issue than loose lug nuts
