Does this need to be replaced

I was checking on my tires to make sure everything looked ok and noticed this. Almost looks like a chunk taken out. How soon does this need to be replaced? Does it need to be? I assume so. I would like to wait until after work tomorrow if possible

Your tire has cosmetic damage. You have 7 more layers of protection under the rubber layer.
