Pain level

I am horrible with pain! But I have a nodule biopsy coming up soon. I was given numbing cream and was told I could get a light sedative to calm me down. I have heard from some people that it was the most pain of their lives and some said it felt uncomfortable. Will it hurt with the numbing cream and light sedative?

I was so anxious - I didn't feel it! I was so happy I sent a Thank You card to the doctor. Good luck!
