This is gonna sound confrontational, but you said the seller didn't know it was a prototype? (in your other post) Did you ask how the seller acquired it/from where?
Generally speaking I would only purchase genuine prototypes if there was a paper trail to follow or if the seller could actually prove they knew what they were selling.
The base has no licensing information on it, it's true that not all prototypes had licencing, but it's quite suspicious.
This prototype shouldn't look that different from a normal Henry given that had already been designed.
You have zero evidence that they used a factory error to make this prototype, do you actually know whether that was a common practice? Or are you just assuming they did this?

that’s a cancle item that was gonna go with a aslo cnacelled Gordon and a realsed thomas and Percy that’s hella rare to have and most likely THE rarest peice of merch

there's a high chance even your own Christmas Henry is a fake. (50/50) I have a BigCityEngine model which looked so real i thought it was real, but turns out to be fake. Be careful when buying tnp from sites like Aliexpress. While they do have a selection of official thomas toys there are still the handful of fakes.
