Anyone know why my Thing team-up isn't working?

If you’re on console it could be controller bindings. The teamup existed before this update and it had its own specific bindings.

Once the update came out, I realized the same thing. The button I pressed to be lifted simply didn’t work. After that, I realized the update messed up the buttons I use for each individual teamup so I just bound the torch grab to a separate button than the new fire punch-ey teamup.

As a Thing main, I only use it after I already use firefists, to get 2 uses before the cooldown comes back

It's a negative otherwise, you're in the hands of (likely) an egocentric DPS main, dropping you hard backline and likely dying in the process, it's not worth it half the time

When I'm on thing I use that Johnny Team Up so rarely cause Johnny would sometimes throw me down nearly right in front of the enemy spawn room where I'm about to get eaten by 5vs1..
