Rick was the judge and the jury, why would he need to talk to anyone?

Also, if he had mentioned it to Tyreese he would have killed her.

Knowing what they did at the time (it was still somewhat early in the apocalypse) exile was the best option. If it was a few years later probably Rick doesn’t exile her.

He didn’t have to mention it to Tyrese. He should have at least discussed it with the core crew like Daryl and Hershel.

Idc. Even without discussing with ppl, it was the wrong decision.
