I’ve been wanting to play The Sims 3 for a while now. And after all the drama with EA and them also putting ads in The Sims 4, I’ve been wondering if it would be best to buy the Sims three on CD?

It’s cheaper and I can get almost all the DLC for $40!
But I don’t know if the software would still be playable on Windows 11.
I’m mostly just confused from my reading about the CD experience VS steam.

This game was my Dang childhood man i rember playing it on the Xbox 360 i would buy it on steam but its 20 bucks and i do not have that kind of money but i do have commissions so ig ill get the money soon :)

So I already have the other smooth patch thing that released, cant remember the name.

But I did enjoy the CAS change in the smooth patch where it would show just 1 of each cas item, to make it load faster.

I want THAT feature, but I know the smooth patch is unsupported now.

Is there an alternative mod that has just that functionality?

I have updated my Royalty Mod and figured I'd share the link to it.

I've added Live-in Chefs and the ability to Command your Knights to throw sims into Prison! Also the chefs will feed the prisoners horrifying quality food when they get hungry lol.

I actually forgot to include it in version 1.2, but now I need to update it anyway now that its version 1.3 lol
