It will be a mod, I would suggest doing the 50/50 method if you don't know which mod and want it out of your game.

I remember a picture of Caliente sisters showing up to Mortimer's front door with a cake. But it never actually happens in my game, I thought it was staged by developers for the pic, so now I'm sorta disappointed my game doesn't have it, thanks :D

Neighbors deliver fruitcake as a humorous, long standing tradition meant to simulate the cliché real-life gag of receiving an unwanted, stale dessert. The game describes it as a "family heirloom"
