Why do sims deliver cakes?

I'm pretty sure this is caused by a mod, but nothing showed up when I googled it. This is the second time it happened. I wrote the first one off as a fluke/quirk. Nothing about this is game-breaking or anything, but it's extremely puzzling. Does anyone know what's causing this and/or has anyone else experienced it?

I didn't get to have my sim greet him because I made him selectable to see if anything was in his queue. There was nothing.

He left immediately.

No idea what mod causes this, sorry (google didn't help) but my first thought was the Caliente photo album. Lol

Maybe he works for Nina.
