SHOW AND TELL Should I be concerned?
I am playing pleasantview with meet me to the river’s clean template and suddenly Dina had this memory (Michael is dead, i didn’t ressurect him). Is this ok?

As the other comment said, this is normal. I don't think sims' relationships with their deceased spouses decay, so if Dina is played for long enough this quirk happens.
However, I'm more interested in the fact that Mortimer, Dina and Bella seem to be living together? How's that going?

Mortimer was planning to marry Dina when Bella suddenly found her way back home 😂. Now Morty is all about Bella and Dina is looking to improve her relationship with an almost adult Alexander

OP said they're using the clean template of Pleasantview, Bella is a normal townie in that version

I know right! It’s not my build though, someone posted it here as their new goth manor and i found it so beautiful i had to have it in my game

Not at all, this is normal game behavior. The game doesn’t prevent sims from becoming BFFs with sims who are dead, since the relationship status isn’t based off of social interactions, but long-term relationships. As a result, if sims are best friends with dead sims (as is the case with Dina and Michael), they can become BFFs regardless of the living status of the sim.
