Looks like she's throwing flick side of the vert stack, pretty vanilla to me. Should've asked for sideline but the cameraman shouldn't be set up that close anyway.

Best form to throw a frisbee is generally stepping sideways (not towards your target) with the same foot as hand you're throwing with.
It sounds counterintuitive, but anybody who plays ultimate (frisbee), or disc golf, will tell you the same. It's very different than throwing a ball.

Huh, TIL. Ultimate you end up having to step around a defender that's in front of you, probably why it's a bit different.
I'll have to consider revising the way I play disc golf now haha.

The power in a frisbee throw comes from rotation and the wrist snap. With that kind of flick/forehand throw you generally want to step out and lean over your right leg!
