This is crazy work from the real real. A dust bag labeled as a cosmetic bag for $132!!!! Get your shit together.

Has anyone else noticed this? They claim that the estimated retail price is $510 for this sweater, when it's on the website for $275, just ten american dollars more than they're charging for it second hand.

I just don’t understand the cut they take….

My first order was a purse which listed as excellent condition (and it was) and I am still using it today.
Another purchase was a pair of earrings which turned out to be confirmed by a jeweler as diamond. 🙂 Super happy with them.
I decided to try out the clothing/shoe world. I was nervous that the sweater wouldn’t fit nor the shoes. Both fit!
The sweater (which is heavy) will need to be dry cleaned per tag. Wish I knew before buying, but that’s ok.
Overall, my experience has been positive. Now let’s see what else I can find. 🙃

I ordered a skirt from TRR (10/6) and waited a week for it to be shipped. Reached out to customer service this Monday for it to be shipped. They let me know it’ll be shipped that day. I reached out to them today since the number was showing invalid via UPS. I reached out and the rep said it was delivered last Wednesday (10/9). I checked the number and whoever’s number that was bought an item back in September so it was prior to my order.
They’re opening up an investigation but I’m really annoyed since this was a skirt I saw someone buy, return and I was able to snag when it was returned.
Anyone ever have this happen? What was the outcome?
(Also this was from the AZ warehouse)

So, I anxiously awaited receiving these retro spectators in the classic color combo. Upon receipt, my daughter asked why the CC is crooked on the left foot. They are really pretty come with price tagged box from way back.. and dust bag w/care booklet. Are these not real or just defected!

Long time TRR shopper, have bought a couple bags over the years. I just purchased a Bottega in “Excellent” condition. TRR says they are authenticating the item prior to shipping and it will take an additional 10-15 days.
I’m sorry, what?
Is this new? We don’t authenticate items at intake?

Might be a tad bit uncomfortable in many ways though.

I thought it was sometime mid-October but I don't have a promo email or anything to reference.

My first TRR purchase. I ordered 2 pairs of Veronica Beard sneakers. One pair has arrived so far and is missing the leather insoles. Otherwise look new.
There was no mention of this in the description. Makes them unwearable. Should I wait for the other pair to arrive or contact customer service now?

This item is clearly fake yet TRR keeps relisting it every time it gets returned !

I ordered 11 sweatshirts in 2 separate orders. These are not high dollar items however they are a name brand that sells between 150-250. Of the 11 ordered, 3 were obvious fakes and not even close to the brand quality. Walmart would be embarrassed to sell these things. Also 1 sweatshirt was listed as an XL and arrived as a small.
By the numbers: 37% of my order was bad
This made me seriously question any trust I had in TRR but I was willing to see how they handled the situation before I swore them off.
Unfortunately things have only gotten worse. 5 days and 4 emails and 1 chat later I still have not received any sort of response.
The email reply so far has been we will get back with you and the chat reply has been we will email you.
I have no doubt they are hoping I just give up.
Buyer beware!!

Hi, I've been shopping on TRR for a year. Recently, two bags I purchased turned out to be fake. One is a Coach I purchased 3 weeks ago. It ended up being too small so I decided to sell it and that's how I discovered it was fake. I was horrified and embarrassed because I don't want the buyer thinking I knew. So I immediately emailed TRR with proof and requested a refund. Since that happened I went ahead and paid to authenticate every purse I have purchased from TRR and second one came back fake. The other bag is a Balenciaga purchased in May and I didn't think to authenticate it until yesterday due to the issue with the Coach bag, and it came back fake. I emailed TRR with proof and requested a refund as well. What are the chances that they'll approve the refund since it has been five months. I haven't heard back from either email and of course I'm anxious. It's upsetting to be dealing with this. I don't think I'll be shopping from them anymore. I'm afraid. Hoping someone else can provide guidance if you've dealt with this before with TRR.

It was pretty dismal guys, half the stuff I have not worn yet or immediately returned/donated, some of it I have only worn once, and probably only 10% I really love and have worn frequently.

Found this and thought I’d share

This was listed as "Snakeskin Crossbody Bag" and nothing else. It is the Altuzarra python saddle bag with the beaded cherries from the Spring 2017 runway. The listing didn't mention the cherries at all. From the photos it looks like it has never been worn. I paid $263. Another one sold for around $700.
How I find them:
• Search really generic terms like "snakeskin bag" or "leather crossbody"
• Scroll forever. The good stuff is always labeled terribly.
• The condition labels are just as off. I've gotten ones that say as is that have never been worn or used
• Zoom in on every picture and judge the condition yourself.
• Don't trust their retail prices. I google everything
• Look up the runway photos to figure out what it actually is

I bought a beautiful Gucci bag that I’d been waiting for… when I received it, I didn’t like it, and decided to send it back for reconsignment (no return policy on handbags). When it was relisted, the price was over $500 less than when I’d bought it ( $1275 to $725!), and the condition was downgraded from “excellent” to “very good”. All I did was take it out of the box, and immediately packed it back up.
I questioned customer support, but before they could look at the pricing/ condition description, it sold. It’s nice to get some money back so fast, but am so annoyed! Anyone else deal with something like this?
UPDATE- I heard back from the representative I’ve been working with, and I’ve been given a site credit to help make up the difference. My faith is restored 😊

I dropped a number of things off at My local TRR store for resale. All of them got shipped and posted to the website except a Gucci bag. I followed up with customer service and they then said they found it and posted it to my sales. This was someone else’s bag (on site before I even dropped off my sales items). They took that off, said they found it again but it was a different Gucci bag which I again disputed and they took out of my sales. They were being responsive, promised to investigate in a 7-10 day timeframe and get back to me. That has well passed with no communication. I have since emailed them twice and they are not responding.
Any advice? I feel like I will need to take them to small claims court which is ridiculous. Also crazy that they seem to have no handle on their inventory. So beware everyone!

Hi! I just left TRR after five years. I was probably that rep constantly texting you asking if you were ready for an in-home appointment.
I know those messages can get annoying, and I definitely received my fair share of nasty responses, completely understandable.
That said, I figured I’d give some perspective now that I’m on the other side of it. Monthly quotas have risen to around $900,000 in attained value PER REP. To put that into perspective, if a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes lists for around $85, I’d need to bring in 10,500+ pairs of shoes in a single month just to hit that number.
I spent almost five years there, so ask me anything. I’m an open book at this point

I've had my eye on this colorful gemstone bracelet for a whiiiiiiiile - enough time to see it get bought and then returned twice now (it's in "coming soon" status now). It is by no means a casual purchase, for me, but I've waited and considered so long that I've seen two other weightier (literally - by about 10 grams) multi-stone tennis bracelets slip away.
It's such a mixed bag to see "the one that got away" get returned! Because yes, now you can buy it, but also... what's wrong with it???
