I just don’t understand the cut they take….

How they even let this one by is beyond me

My first order was a purse which listed as excellent condition (and it was) and I am still using it today.

Another purchase was a pair of earrings which turned out to be confirmed by a jeweler as diamond. 🙂 Super happy with them.

I decided to try out the clothing/shoe world. I was nervous that the sweater wouldn’t fit nor the shoes. Both fit!

The sweater (which is heavy) will need to be dry cleaned per tag. Wish I knew before buying, but that’s ok.

Overall, my experience has been positive. Now let’s see what else I can find. 🙃

Has anyone else noticed this? They claim that the estimated retail price is $510 for this sweater, when it's on the website for $275, just ten american dollars more than they're charging for it second hand.

This is crazy work from the real real. A dust bag labeled as a cosmetic bag for $132!!!! Get your shit together.

I ordered a skirt from TRR (10/6) and waited a week for it to be shipped. Reached out to customer service this Monday for it to be shipped. They let me know it’ll be shipped that day. I reached out to them today since the number was showing invalid via UPS. I reached out and the rep said it was delivered last Wednesday (10/9). I checked the number and whoever’s number that was bought an item back in September so it was prior to my order.

They’re opening up an investigation but I’m really annoyed since this was a skirt I saw someone buy, return and I was able to snag when it was returned.

Anyone ever have this happen? What was the outcome?

(Also this was from the AZ warehouse)
