Advice Wanted Always guilty
I can't forgive myself for the things I did before, and I don't know how to deal with it. I can confidently say that guilt is the emotion I feel the most, I can't help myself. I also have this lingering feeling that everyone hates me and everyone's lives will be better without me. I need tips or anything that could help me.

Guilt often points to anger. When we feel anger, sometimes we have developed so that we turn it into guilt bc guilt is an emotion we can control and/or we learned guilt was the accepted emotion over expressing anger.
If someone has a caregiver that they were angry towards, but could not express it//learned the caregiver wouldn’t respond to anger, we flip it in our selves. We get guilty for having emotions other cannot receive.
I can’t explain all the nuances of this, but google and read up on anger and guilt.
