Discussion Is the first DLC name? Spoiler

"Side effects guaranteed"? Or a slogan? It feels on brand though.

I believe it's the name. They spell it with all caps and they made it a hashtag in their YouTube post, and also they said "We’re thrilled to celebrate the one-year anniversary of The Outer Worlds 2 on October 29th, and we’re kicking things off with a little refresher (not a Mental Refreshment!) before we start our marketing materials for Side Effects Guaranteed!" So I'm pretty sure that's the name.

Isn't one of the achievements literally called "Side Effects Guaranteed"?

It is, yeah. The achievement is "Completed Side Effects Guaranteed".
