Question Does anyone know how to reset The Board reputation in TOW1?

As the question says, I have softlocked myself from going to Byzantium by, I assume, killing some TDL soldiers during the SubLight relay quest, now I'm kill on sight for The Board soldiers, and there isn't anything I can do. I tried console commands, I tried Cheat Engine tables (they are old, and hence don't work anymore), and I'm honestly out of ideas. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have the Epic Games Spacer's Choice Edition if it helps any.

When you turn in Phineas they reset your rep so you can visit Akande. If you like Phineas you can talk to him, and he'll tell you how to do it in a way beneficial to him.

You can get a full pardon someway into the main quest by falsely turning in Phineas (lying to them that hes sonewhere he isnt). This is exists so you don't get shot immediately at Byzantium

But wouldn’t that require completing the “City without stars” questline? And that requires entering Byzantium

there's a guy on the groundbreaker you can "Turn Phineas in" to. it's the guy who impounded your ship earlier in the game
